As an ABA Technician at Connecting Kids ABA, you will play a vital role in implementing tailored applied behavior analysis therapy programs designed to elevate the lives of children on the autism spectrum. Working directly under the clinical guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will deliver structural one-on-one interventions, maintain precise data logs, and cultivate milestone capabilities safely.

Key Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Accurately execute systematic behavior treatment tracks mapped out directly by the supervising BCBA.
  • Conduct patient-focused, one-on-one clinical intervention hours with center or home-based clients.
  • Log objective trial-by-trial data and frequency records monitoring progress milestones seamlessly.
  • Provide direct support modifying environmental setups during active Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Align parent networks smoothly with clinical guidelines to extend learning mechanics cleanly within home profiles.
